- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student achievement and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with the District Department Chair of ENL and Bilingual Programs K-5, teachers, and building administrators to enhance instructional practices and support student success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methods, language acquisition research, and educational technology.
- Incorporate cultural materials and perspectives into the curriculum to enhance students' learning experiences.
